Bottle. High creamy and lasting white head. Hazy yellow body. Spicy barley malt aroma. Ginger hops flavor with a good deal of carbonation. Long ginger aftertaste.

Nov 27, 2008 75cl bottle, Le Village de la Biere, Strasbourg. Hazy golden with a thin, lingering white head. Sweet, gently fruity aroma. Flavour was malty and sweet again, yeasty and, ever so slightly sour.
Goodish, but not great.

Jun 17, 2008 Bottled, filtered, 750ml (shared). Gold with big white head. Initially quite a chemical taste, but this passed into a fruity, if a little sweet, flavour. Sherry like in the background, grapes and raisins, ultra sweet finish. Shame about the initial chemical taste.
