SHIG (2012), Aviano, Italy Sep 12, 2007 Bottle: Poured a hazy copper amber color with white thick cream head. Sweet fruit and yeast aroma. Taste is a nice mellow fruit malt flavor. nuplastikk (1161), Madison, Wisconsin, USA Sep 4, 2007 750ml bottle, uncorked. Delicious white beer. One of the best. Mellow, creamy taste...with a perfectly spiced background. The 6% Abv is barely noticeable. An awesome, original white beer. screwball (796), Motala, Sweden Sep 2, 2007 Hazy yellow. At first creamy nice head but it soon sinks down. Banana and yeast in aroma. Flavor is fruity and sweert. Good malty. Little pepper, but not to much. Fieuw times re-tasted.
Bottle, 33 cl. (@ home bought by Willems) And 75 cl. Vanden Bussche.
For me possibly, the best wit I have tried yet. Light amber color, with a creamy white head. Aroma lovely spicy, with citrus, yeasty. Medium to full body. Taste is nice but complex light sweet, coriander and a pallet of other spices. Very good character, bitter and a light hop bitterness. This is heaven: what a great whitebeer ! kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Updated: Jan 17, 2009

MrRomero (1934), Nolanville, Texas, USA Aug 29, 2007 33 cl bottle: poured golden yellow with a thick white head. Fruit and yeast dominate the aroma albeit mildly. Nothing big about this beer. Thirst quenching flavor that is well balanced with just a touch of alcohol bite. Mild fruitiness. Very nice. Beershine (2678), Hue, Vietnam Aug 17, 2007 Pours with a thick foamy head. Sour notes. A thin body with little aftertaste. A little disappointing in comparison to other offerings by this brewer. pantani (1894), Salinas, California, USA Aug 8, 2007 Lightly foggy gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma is wheat, pale malts, and light fruit. Taste is lightly floral, with a light hoppiness to it, and a nice dose of pale malts to give it more depth then a lot of witbier’s.
