Jul 27, 2007 750 ml bottle shared by shigadeyo. Thanks Craig. Pours a clear yellow color with white floaties and a huge fluffy white head. The aroma was mainly sweet grass with hints of citrus. The flavor is light citrus with a touch of spices. I also get alcohol even though its not that strong. The mouthfeel is on the light side. Crisp and clean on the palate.

Jul 25, 2007 The pour reveals a hazy light orange color with a ring of white lace. Very appealing aroma of cloves, citrus and yeast. Solid flavor of cloves, citrus and yeast, it is pleasantly dry. The body is light with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. Very good.

Jun 19, 2007 First pour from a 750ml bottle in a Hoegaarden glass. Pours cloudy medium orange (slightly dark for a "white") with lasting white head. Aroma of spice/coriander, sweet vanilla-orange. Flavors fruity orange, honey with very slight caramelization. Medium body (slightly heavy for style, though is called “double white”). Nice soft mouthfeel. An excellent boutique version of the style, though less quaffable and refreshing than others.
