Pours a hazy dark yellow with a small milky-creamy head. Aroma has loads of fruits, grapefruit, oranges, banana, lemons and a load of wheat as well. Very full mouthfeel with a champagne feel to it. Flavour is extremely nice. Oranges abound again, some coriander and a general dryness pervading through. Really a good example of the style! shigadeyo (2210), Harrison, Ohio, USA May 29, 2007 Brasserie de Rocs Blanche Double
4/27/2007: Pours a golden color. It is pretty clear (not hazy, cloudy, or murky), but there are some floating chunks in it. It has a huge rocky white head. The aroma is wheat malt and has some subtle sweetness to it. The flavor is light citrus, delicately spicy, and has a hint of alcohol. The body is medium-light. The beer is light and slightly efferevescent on the palate. This is a pretty good Witbier overall, but nothing out of the ordinary...
