Commercial Description:
This beer, robust in taste and strength (9%) is the tops for flavour. It has a fruity and spicy bouquet, it has a stark taste, between a sharp bitterness and a caramelised flavour. It has no sugar, and this pure malt beer oscillates between various tendencies which all round off the bitterness. It has a peppery taste at the back of the mouth and a sharpness on the tongue. It is active in the mouth and lets each flavour express itself individually. It is very active in the glass which gives it a full, lasting, head. It has a long conclusion and puts emphasis on an ever present bitterness but less supported by the caramel. The final impression is one of gingerbread without sugar.

Deep red, slightly unclear with a good head. The aroma is light with hints of yeast. The flavor is soft , fruity, a little flat and a little sour and yeasty.

(Bottle 75 cl) Orange golden, hazy ale with a thick creamy head. Incredible fruity aroma. Very, very aromatic but at the same time almost suffocatingly sweet. A beer that should definitely be enjoyed in small quantities. 140604 and 061297

Bottled. Stunningly beautiful: Cloudy orange-amber with rich, firm head. Marcipan, toffee and grassy hops in the aroma. Sweet and full bodied. Yeasty and funky. Honey and almond in the finish.

33 cL bottle, trade with DeDollewaitor. Pours clear orange to amber with lots of huge yeast sediments, not really an inviting look of a beer. Huge off-white to orange head. Light caramel and slight metallic aroma. Malty, slight metallic and vaguely pepperish flavour. Ends with a mild pepperish note. Interesting, but I’m not impressed :(

Bottled. Copper coloured, foamy beige huge head. Fruity aroma with hints of hops. Flavour is sweet alcohol, plum and spices. Finish is spicy and alcoholic. Extremely sweet beer. Aftertaste is hayish hoppy and at the same time it contains caramellish sweetness.
