Bottle shared at Gaasa, june 11th 2013. Cloudy golden with a big lasting white head. Aroma is sweet malt, yeast acids, grass and rosemary. Taste is spicy with lots of caramel and citrus fruits. Nice fruity yeast esters coming late. Aftertaste of sweet malt and grass. A bit too sweet, otherwise an enjoyable beer.

33cl bottle. Pours golden (lots of sediment) with small white frothy head. Aroma is yeast, cereals and hints of wheat. Predominantly sweet. The flavour is caramel, fruits, cereals, and a touch of white grape. Differs from the average tripel. Light/medium mouthfeel, soft carbonation. This one is on the sweeter side...not my style.

33 cl. bottle @ home. Called Blond – is this the export label? Procured @ Willems. Sparkling bright amber with fading white head & great lacing. Smell is fruity, big on esters, quite floral, some grass, bitter spices, spicy yeast, citrus & getting some wheat-like notes as well, mmm. Bitter floral taste, big esters, grass, spices, white pepper, coriander, barn, followed by interesting apple notes, bitter hay, sweet yeast, light sugar, bitter, flowers, toast, bitter BE floral hops, malt, quite a lot of spices. Very spritzy. Nice, different enough. BBF 22/01/2015.

From a bomber poured in a tulip. Aroma is musty and almost Bavarian. Initial flavor completely different - creamy floral and a little spicy. Very crisp and not too sweet. A really complex and interesting yet very light beer. A great find.

Medium sized lively at first but vast at half the size and slowly changing white foamy head on top of a hazy yellow colored beer.
Aromas of bad/smelly mouth, soap, cardboard, light citrus, yeast, ash, gass. Flavours of chalk, bitter, some ashy peach/ashy apricot, toast, some malts, spices, tingly, pencil sharpener, some fruit, yeast and paper.
Aftertaste is bitter, toast, chalk, herbs, spices, wood and some malts
Medium carbo, soft foamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a thick foamy structure.
Smell is bad! Taste is ok, structure is fine.

0.33l bottle. This has a nice big lasting white head that’s leaving some heavy lacing down the sides of the glass. All this on top of a cloudy dark orange body. The aroma has a Belgian yeasty touch with white, or bright candied sugar, something light floral, it feels fresh and there are traces of grassy hops. It smells quite like a nice blond should smell imo. It’s just above average on the carbonation and the mouthfeel has a really light and light-likable soft oily thing to it. Some zest acidity in the taste. At least that’s the first thing I get, and the Belgian yeast is also present. Bright candied sugar and more grass. This time the wet type. It has something gentle and calming over it this blonde. It’s not as aggressive or brutal as some might be. I’m enjoying it. That being said, it’s not something I feel that I absolutely have to try again. My first one from this brewer that hasn’t had those big chunky sediments. 27.03.2013

Dobre z gigantyczna piana mocna i trwala, mnostwo osadu, a drozdze byly w wielkich platach i rozwarstwione, smak intensywny troche perfumowany, zapach takze dziwny. kojazyl mi sie z perfumami i kwiatem rozy. silne zmetnienie koloru ciemno rudego. piwo tresciwe i smaczne, chociaz szalu nie bylo.
