Pours a cloudy blond beer white a foamy white head that disapaers rather quick. Smells yeasty, spicy and sweet. Also has a little bit of sulfur. Tastes bitter and leaves a gentle bitter palate. Also has a bit of sweetness in it.

Bottled 04/01/14. A blonde beer with a little white ring of head. An interesting beer. Typical Abbaye des Rocs meatiness amongst light floral hoppiness and a yeasty element. A bit of off cream ion the nose but otherwise a pleasant interesting Belgian Ale.

Thanks to @Secret Sinterklaas, @Countbeer.

Orange colour, no head. Aroma of malts, caramel, orange, molasses, yeast. Taste is sour with fruit flavour. Medium body, crisp texture, average carbonation. Very citrusy and fruity.

Cunningham (4775) - Halden, NORWAY - DEC 6, 2013
Appearance: Light hazy pale golden color with a small white head that leaves some lacing.
Aroma: Fruity and light acidic.
Palate: Medium body. Slightly sweet, and an ok bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Mild round fruity, mild malty and yeast. Some acidic notes. Oily texture. Well masked alcohol.
Overall impression: Quite pleasant mild ale. I managed to keep all the chunks in the bottom of the bottle in the bottle. They did not look very inviting.
Personal stats: Bottle from Vinmonopolet Nett order, Norway

Wasn’t my favorite of the three we had back at BW, but I’m not usually the blonde fanatic either.

ivorywhite head that disappears without lacing. dark blonde colour. aroma is stale, mushrooms, oxidized, nuts, horse piss, foul scent, butter. taste like aroma. medium body and carbonation. clearly not a provision beer, didn’t age gracefully at all. bottle 75 cl / bbf mar-2014

(Bottle, Delirium Café, Brussels, 27 Oct 2013) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with tropical fruit, peaches, citrus and grainy malt. Malty, fruity taste with notes of grainy malt, citrus, peaches, tropical fruit and a balanced bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with white fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet with banana and citrus. Sweet spicy taste with hints of anise and pepper. Medium body, soapy mouthfeel.

Clear honey color, almost no head no lace. Sediments are present. Highly carbonated. Aromas are weak, with floral and yeasty notes, somehow rustic. The flavors more evident are bread, straw, some caramel, sugars, enhancing the rustic character. Medium development, smooth finish and medium bodied, lessened by its watery texture. It’s a correct beer, but I like a lot Abbaye Des Rocs’ beers and this one is the worst of their great catalogue.
