Bottle. Hazy yellow with white fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet with banana and citrus. Sweet spicy taste with hints of anise and pepper. Medium body, soapy mouthfeel.

Temptation (233) - - NOV 15, 2013
Clear honey color, almost no head no lace. Sediments are present. Highly carbonated. Aromas are weak, with floral and yeasty notes, somehow rustic. The flavors more evident are bread, straw, some caramel, sugars, enhancing the rustic character. Medium development, smooth finish and medium bodied, lessened by its watery texture. It’s a correct beer, but I like a lot Abbaye Des Rocs’ beers and this one is the worst of their great catalogue.

Trappist1 (575) - Diest, BELGIUM - NOV 6, 2013
dark yellow with orange appearance, white head quickly disappearing. still 1.25year to go before expiration, but lot of yeast flakes. Nose is very fresh, yeast, bread, bit citrus but also something sharp. Taste is very grassy, again some yeast. Finish is leveled, somewhat bitter. Okey beer, nothing wrong with.

Hazy yellow with normal head. Aroma of yeast and fruit aroma. Flavour of fruity malts, hops and almost some bacterial sourness. A nice blonde

This beer is something between a blond beer and a tripel. Regardless of the style, it’s very yeasty and spicey. Very enjoyable.

If you want to smell & taste oat, buckwheat, coriander & puke this is your beer. Terrible smell. Sour (the blond, the brune & the special had a sour touch - they all were infected?). One of the worst beer ever. Price/quality ratio: below par.

750 ml bottle. L114407486. BB 15/12/2014. From bierkompass.de.
Hazy yellow golden colour with a lots of floaters (even if I poured very carefully) and a small white head. Belgian yeast, bready malt and caramel sweetness in the aroma. The flavour is Belgian yeast, bitterness, citrus, malt and mild alcohol. Quite nice.
