COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewer description : A triple fermented golden premium beer, brewed from a unique process using two different yeasts and an old regional secret. This “Bičre de Garde” is refermented in bottle and has rich, copious and persistent foam. With it slightly cloudy aspect, Vivat Triple is of a great aromatic complexity. It delivers very good hope bitterness at the finish. It has been rewarded in 2008, by the most prestigious award for food and drinks’ quality in France: Golden medal at the “Concours agricole de Paris”.

Rewelacyjne francuskie piwo, w którym nie czuć alkocholu. A jest mocno rozgrzewające w końcówce, treściwe i bogato słodowe w smak, mętne śliczna piana i piękne opakowanie. Butelka kamionkowa i korkowana. Zdobywca nagrody w paryżu w 2008r. Polecam tego tripla.

Bottle from La Grand Epicerie. Good malty trippel. Aromas of caramel, honey, and grain. Taste is sweet, with light sourness, long length. Palate is creamy. Orange, with a frothy head.

wonderful herbal and barnyardy nose – brett brux. orval like nose, although perhaps with other gueuzey elements (pedio etc). underlying banana and alcohol – interesting combo of tripel and gueuze. in the mouth some light crystal sweetness and malt roundly, some good carb, big peppery/menthol bretty finish, herbal bitterness, dry as hell. still some malt lingers. interesting glace pineapple/pawpaw esters too. great!!!!!

Stone bottle, thanks MennoO. Huge pressure in the bottle, finally a beer from a stone bottle that still shows some carbonation. Hazy golden coloured, big lasting white head. Very nice hoppy nose, spices, floral notes, alcohol. Hopbitter flavour, spices, alcohol apparent but not annoying. Dry finish. A spiced up version of a Duvel. Might age well. Very nice!

Fresh slightly acidic nose. Nice blond cloudy beer. First impressions are easy and smooth malty flavours with sweet hints of fruit. In the aftertaste nice bitters slowly evolve. Hints of spice too. Very well presented beer in earthenware jug/bottle.

Hazy honey with big dense creamy white head, good lacing. Looks good. Through head I sense ripe fruits, yeast, bit flower and herbs. Crisp and fruity in mouth, very belgy, medium body, soft feel, long fruity finish, sweet, apples, bit banana, ripe fruits. Good aromatic beer.

Best by 31DEC12 Cool bottle, great marketing. Pours a light apricot ale with a thick quilt of fine creamy foam. Smells of funky hay, a bit of grassy hops, some mint and pine, a sweet yeast and hint of coriander. A nice grainy, corny thick pilsner like triple ale. This is an atypical beer and I like it’ nice and earthy with good character. Medium on thick body with tight assertive carb and an off dry finish. Nice beer. Serving type: bottle 10-03-2012

Bottle. Sweet, soft, lotiony. Most of my notes are too scribbled to read, but I remember liking this beer. Luckily, my score is legible.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large pure white foamy head with great retention and good lacing. Aroma consists of perfect peachy fruity ester with some nice delicate floral notes. Taste is a nice mix between some floral malt with again strong notes of fruity and peachy ester dominating. Full body with great carbonation and no discernable alcohol. Very well done but I still think that the aroma was incredible and could hardly match the flavour.

Hazy orange yellow coloured beer with lots of carbonation and an average white head. Strong malty fruity and light alcoholic aroma. Full palate. Finish is full malty bitter, alcoholic and fruity, a very nice triple.
