Cloudy blond color. Aroma of cinnamon, honey, lemon (this may be the ginger), straws. Syrupy mouthfeel; very sugary, and sweet, but at the same time with a fair degree of acidity to balance; reasonably good Mead flavor, with evident spices (cinnamon on top, a light bite from the ginger, and an elegant finish by the cardamom). Pleasant alcohol warmth. Very good.

Had this delicious mead from a friend of mine who bought it in France. Was something back and I can’t remember it too well. I know that it was very sweet with strong tastes of honey and sugar with a strong alcoholic kick in the finish. Very nice but probably not something you would drink too much of.
