Cask; Regular. Also available in 18 and 36 pint containers direct from the brewery and in bottles.
Notably hoppy ale which is light to medium-bodied, clean-tasting, refreshingly dry, with a balancing sweetness. Citrus, pale malt aroma and dry, bitter finish. Consistent. Amber gold in colour.

On draught at The Star Inn, Bath; Dark copper coloured, small white head; floral hops, also matls and honey in the nose; moderate bitter flavour; long lasting, mild but distinctive bitter-hoppy aftertaste; all in all a well quaffable, mild but aromatic Bitter.

A Mes rate: gravicask at Twickenham beer festival.
Clean dark gold with a decent white head and pretty good condition. A rather pleasant almost lambic like lemony sourness in the nose. There is certainly nothing wrong with it though, just a very good sharp citric bite. It seems very much intended. A really good biscuit malt base. The flavour is pretty similar. A slight vegetable note lingers that I’m not too sure about but it kinda reminds me of Lowlander vegetable crisps, which I like, so I’ll deal with it. Big fruity finish with a well pitched sweetness. Decent beer.

Cask conditioned @ Star Inn, Bath. Light copper. Solid malt feel and unadventurous but tasty leafy hops well balanced.

[668-20070923] Cask @ Bag O’ Nails (Bristol, BR). Vinegar malt aroma has an earthy spice background and "cheese on toast with a bit of HP sauce" rounding things off. Clear, amber orange body with quick white bubbles. Candied ham base flavour also has off-peach and earthy meat notes. Medium body. This certainly does ring a few bells.

Cask at GBBF 2007. A hazy golden beer with a thick orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with a fine grassy note. The flavor is sweet malty wtih notes of caramel, leading to a dry bitter finish.
