12oz. bottle. Pour is thin and straw yellow, with white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is vile at best; feet and worse things I won’t mention. Taste is sweet, with coriander and some lemon zest. Very thin bodied. There’s just nothing to it, it’s like flavored water. Finish is like the beginning, foul and distasteful. This may be the worst beer I’ve ever tasted.

Bottle; poured a yellow color. Aroma was very wheaty, with alot of must. Some spices and zest. Flavor was probably a touch below average for the style. Not bad, but not the best. Harsh palate was a detraction.

Bottle courtesy Dixonian. Pours a hazy light straw colored with a light bubbly ring of head. Aroma is a lot like a saison. Funky barn notes with dry wheat, yeast, citrus and a peppery sense. Flavor is dry wheat with some coriander and lemon peel.

Bottle, clear yellow pour with no head, pretty pedestrian wit with faint aroma and flavors

12 oz bottle from Kegs & Barrels in Plano, Tx. Pours a cloudy straw yellow with white fizzy head. Aroma of wheat, citrus peel, light bubble gum and banana. Flavor is very much the same. Mouth feel is light with high fizzy carbonation. Not bad.

bottle from local shop, lots of sediment at the bottle, can see it without opening it. Reviewed by style: Pours a nice cloudy white with very little head, with this style I expect more head. Belgian yeast on the nose with a bit of coriander and a tiny hint of lemon and some pepper. Taste is what I would expect, but has more lemon zest on the palate than the nose gives. Something sweet in this, but it doesnt hit you until the finish, oddly enough. Finish is very dry, quite nice. If I was to guess, i wouldnt think this was made by monks in the desert of New Mexico. Pretty decent foray into beer for a start up.

12oz poured. Brewed just a few counties over and commissioned by the Abbey I used to work for. Pours a very light golden color, almost that of a macro lager. Fizzy head that does not linger. Smells of Belgian yeast and a tiny hint of coriander. Goes down with a slight bite and very light flavor. Mostly a very, very light orange peel. Good session beer
