Ontap, at brewpub. Pours a hazy dark copper with just a very minimal wispy off-white head. The nose is pretty light but there is a nice citrusy tangerine quality to it. Some light toasted and sweet caramel malt as well. The flavor is minimally bitter and has too much sweetness on the back end. The hops are trying to be citrusy but the sweetness just drowns them out. Heavy and full on the palate with a heavy sugary sweetness. A little too sweet and not nearly hoppy enough to cross into IPA territory for my tastes.

Very subtle which is usually not what you want from an IPA. Pours brownish and leaves no lacing. If you really really really focus you get a hint of hop flavor on the tongue which then goes into witness protection.

Draft. Pours hazy copper with off-white head. Nose is big mango and Simcoe hops. Tastes resiny hoppy, mangoey and tangeriney, with finishing bitterness and funky Simcoe notes throughout.
