Commercial Description:
This is our verzon of a classic german style ale. Fermenting at a cooler temperature and cold aging give this beer a smooth clean taste that is all malt.

On tap at the brewpub. DMS weird in the aroma. Wet sugary malt. Strange. A bit stinky. This is okay. Thin. I didn’t really come around to this. Found it flaccid.

On tap, at brewpub, labeled as "Kosmic Kölsch". Pours a mostly clear pale yellow body with a small wispy white head. Light bready malt on the nose, a little butter, and a bit of grassy hops. There’s also a weird note that’s almost husky or almost plastic smelling that’s not too appetizing. Very light flavored, lust a bit of pale maltiness and a leafy grassy hop finish. Not much backbone to this guy at all. Light bodied and thinnish with moderate fizzy carbonation. Not very soft feeling. Not an especially good effort on this one.

On tap at the brewery. Butterscotch Lifesavers in the nose with light pilsner malt. Mild hops. Light golden amber clear with thin white head. Medium watery body with medium carbonation. Starts beany with mild bitter and light butterscotch. Decent bitter at the finish with mild bitter end. Light fruity tart finish.

Sampled at the brew pub. Pours golden orange with a very small white head. Aroma is butterscotch and brown sugar. Flavor is pretty much similar. Butterscotch, bubblegum / cotton candyish. Medium body. Ok, but nothing special.
