COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Cask; Special - February 2008. Our 6% Honey Beer, Bee-Ale for short. It is NOT sweet and cloying cos it is made with real honey which contains 100% fermentable sugars. So the sugar turns into alcohol and what is left is the honey aroma and flavours. There has been some careful adding of hops so as not to overwhelm the delicate honey flavours. Overall this is a delicately flavoured, dry beer with floral honey aromas and flavours and a warming finish from the alcohol.
