Amber coloured bitter with a floral and fruity aroma. Some dryness and malt in the finish.

Dark orange with fuzzy head, lovely aroma of pineapple, citrus, caramel and a hint of cloves. Good taste, bitter with some fruity sweetness. Very strong taste for such a mild beer.

Cask at The Green Man, Stamford, Lincolnshire. Amber with a small off-white head. Sweet honey malt aroma overlaid by a berry fruitiness. Taste is sweet, spicy and nettly, with some fruit and a mid bitter finish. Served a little warm.

Cask. Museum, Sheffield. Unfortunately this was turning to vinegar. Thin white head, dark brown body. Malty, vinegar, grass, fruity, sulphur. Bittersweet. Bitter finish.

Cask, The York, Sheffield, UK. Amber ruby colour, fresh hop aroma. Mellow flavour, sweet with short bitter finish.

Draught in The Dog & Partridge, Sheffield on 14/8/10. Dark amber coloured beer. Limited citrus in the nose and a taste of malt. Had towards the end of a decent session but still slipped down well.

Slight malt caramel aroma. Amber colour with a frothy white head. Smooth texture. Sweet caramel flavour with a sweet hop finish.

Cask at The Museum, Sheffiield. Medium caramel color, good sized white head. Decent hop flavor, sweet malts, light tea flavor. weedy non harsh hop flavor, sweetness of tea aspect cuts nicely into the bitterness. good beer

Cask @ The Museum, Sheffield.
Pours a nice, clear copper-amber with a super, staying, frothy, off-white head. Mild aroma with toasted caramel and subdued liqourice. Rather watery palate, soft carbonation. Flavour starts sweet and malty. Some heather honey and a herbal edge (perhaps thyme?). Toasted caramel make up the malty backbone. Long, bitter aftertaste with piney notes. Okay, but too thin.

Cask conditioned gravity dispense Northants BF. A chestnut coloured beer with a really good hoppy nose with a bit of lime jelly. Pretty bitter in the mouth with great hops and citrus flavours. A nice bosy and a really good beer.
