COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - June 2012.
Pale beer made with a wonderful mixture of hops. Fruity, grassy flavours and a refreshing, medium bitter finish. A perfect beer for football followers and a pumpclip to amuse those who think it’s all a bit too much!

Cask (gravity) - The Fat Cat Tap, Norwich. Poured a light, clear yellow with a fine, loose & bubbly but mostly lasting white head. Some citrus overtones but otherwise a dominant biscuit note prevails. A toasty, sulphurous dryness at the back. Somewhat thin on the palate, softish mouthfeel finishing with a delicate, short hop bitterness & a lingering pale malt sweetness.
