COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - January 2010.
A perversely pale session beer with Green Bullet hops from New Zealand giving pleasant herby floral aromas and distinctive lychee flavours. Lingering bitter finish. Very refreshing with crisp bitterness.

Clear medium yellow orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, light grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fresh. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100123]

Cask at the Waggon and Horses, Halesowen. Pours gold with a small head. Aroma is light straw with a little citrus. Taste has a little pineapple to start with a straw and biscuit finish.
