Cask; Special - July 2010.
A pale beer made with 100% low colour Maris Otter malt and using Chinook hops to give wonderful lemony grapefruit flavours and a lingering refreshing bitterness.

Cask conditioned at Far From the Madding Crowd, Oxford. Pale Gold with white head. Dry and bitter beer with light, malty, slight grainy body and sharp citric hops. A good prelude to the World Cup Final later on.

Cask @ 3 Judges. Clear yellow colour, white head. Aroma is fruity, hoppy. Flavour is fruity, citric hops. Fairly bitter finish. Very refreshing.
