Cask @ The Elephant & Castle. The pour’s light gold with a tiny white head. The nose is lemon, some sugary white bread, light orchard fruits (apricot). The taste is mild citrus, grapefruit, pale malt sweetness, soft herbal hop. Light, smooth body. Overall, a decent golden ale.

A beer for those who like the sweeter taste found it rather sickly after a couple but i am some one who like bitter beers. A beautifully polished appearance and looks good on the bar

Amazing colour, look at that, stunning!! Fruity and extremely moorish .... this is just far to enjoyable and easy to drink, some lemon and grapefruit, and there might even be a hinto of bubblegum, but it is not sweet or cloying, medium bodies and clean ending

Cask at the Raglan Arms, Rugby - 19/09/12.
Clear pale blonde with a good sized white head.
Pale malts on the nose allied to grapefruit and a little piss.
Citrus fruits, grapefruit and bitter sweet tones combine together in the flavour of this beer.
Medium bodied with a bit of bite, moderate carbonation lending to a bitter sweet finish.

Cask in the Old Spot, Dursley. Pale golden ale with not much of a head. Nice example of a pale golden bitter, dryish, complex mix of some slightly grainy malt and citrusy hop. Good bitter finish, enjoyable session ale.

4th February 2010 Chelmsford Winter Fest. Clear pale gold beer. Light palate. Light fruity hop, no bitterness. A hint of sulphur that seems to plague so many Golden Ales. Light sweet orange and citrus. Not bad.
