COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Occasional.
A dark stout of course. Roasty flavours from the dark malts balanced by floral and fruity flavours from the hops. This is a gorgeous easy drinking stout.

Cask at the Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Shared with Keen. Hazy brown beer. Pale tan suddy head. Light dry palate, smooth. A touch of the dreaded egg in this otherwise reasonably well balanced beer. Toffee malt and ok dried fruit hops. Dry finish.

Cask Handpump at the Smithfield Hotel, Manchester 04/05/2007 Small tan head. Dark smooth on the palate and slightly fruity with some bitterness in a roasted nutty malt finish.
