Cask (handpump) @ The KIT (Kelham Island Tavern), 62 Russell Street, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England S3 8RW.
Clear medium to dark yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, dusty, light roasted, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090419]

Cask, The Queens Arms in Corton Denham. Gold with a bronze tinge, very good looking, thin persistent white head. Aromas of pungent hops - spice, orange, peach and slight floral; malt in background. Zingy hops in the mouth, full malt flavour with biscuit, chocolate & toffee, loads of citrus and a long bitter, drying finish. Really well brewed and balanced.

Cask conditioned at Far from the Madding Crowd, Oxford. Gold copper with white head. My sort of beer, tangy, hoppy dry bitter with plenty of citric grapefruit flavours, Zesty and flavouful, I want more of this.

A mid copper brown coloured beer with a weak white head. A Light, malty nose, a bit biscuity and sweet. The taste is dry and bitter, biscuity malt followed by a tangy grapefruit and orange citrus fruit flavour that lasts through to the finish. (Cask - The Fox & Hounds, Heacham, Norfolk).
