Cask at The Waters Green Tavern in Macclesfield. Very dark brown with thin off white head, quite a pale head for a porter. Usual porter characteristics, coffee, malts and some smoked roastiness. Quite a bitter finish and does seem to have a hint of something medicinal in it that I didn’t like.
