Cask (gravity dispense) at Derby Beer Festival, July 2005. A generously hopped, pale gold coloured beer. Very crisp, with a fresh and juicy mouthfeel. The hops are quite herbaceous - grass and hay - with plenty of citric notes too. Good and refreshing.

Gravity @ Derby BF. Big on the grapefruit, clean yellow body, hoppy nose, quite frothy and sorbet like, very quaffable.

Cask conditioned - gravity - Derby BF. A golden coloured beer with a bit of an orange hue. The aroma is fruity with some orange and pineapple together with a nice hoppiness. The taste is nice and hoppy with some juicy grapefruit notes, but it needs a bit more body for my liking.

Cask, Out of the Vaults. Pale beer with a light aroma and a light and malty flavour with a dry finish. Overall a reasonable light beer.

Cask, Out of the Vaults, Leicester. Golden with off-white bubbles. Aromas are Autumn fruit, especially pear with pine hops. Flavours are buttery caramel malt body with bitter, oily, pine hops and pepper. Dry on the finish.
