COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - December 2010.
A full flavoured pale beer. A strong IPA made with 100% Maris Otter low colour malt and a combination of two New Zealand hops. Hop flavours predominate with summer fruits and earthy and grassy flavours. The finish is long-lasting and bitter, leaving an overall impression of crispness alongside warming alcohol.

Cask handpull, The Crown, Nuneaton. Orange gold looks, foamy white top. Sexy armpit and mango aroma. Drinks like breakfast juice; grapefruit and mandarin, lime over a solid sweet malt cashew base. Near perfect pre-match entertainment..

Cask at The Green Man, Stamford, Lincolnshire. Pale gold. Aroma is citric, mainly grapefruit. Gentle, non-threatening grapefruit taste. Some bitterness. Easy drinking ale, though one dimensional. Incidentally what exactly makes it wintery?
