Well masked alcohol, very nice bitterness with a good balanced sweetness. And a hint of burnt sugar. A very complexed and balanced beer.

Draught @ Gastropub Nordic, Tampere. Pours a golden copper colour with a thick head. Aroma of sweet heavy toffee, grass, floral hops and hay. Flavour of heavy caramel malts, floral hops, grapefruit, grass and some berries. Full bodied, thick mouthfeel and a warming, sweet, lingering bitter finish. Alcohol warms nicely and gives a heavier body. Great.

On tap at Melkebaren. Pale amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma is hop, peaches, pine, tropical fruits. Flavour is sweet, hop, citrus, pine, sugar, peaches, tropical fruit. Bitter finish. Full bodied nice beer.

Pours clear amber color with a small creamy head. Aroma of caramel malts, sweet fruits, resin and hops. Flavour of resiny hops, caramel malts, orange peel, citrus fruits and mild toffee notes. Creamy and thick palate, bitter fruity finish, medium carbonation. Some mild boozy notes. Better than I expected.

Tap at konttori, tampere. Hazy amber red color, smooth little white head. Aroma is malts, hops, some fruits, some sweetness. Taste is full malty bodied, strong hops, fruity hoppy finish. Heavy amber.

Malty aroma with nuts, woody notes, some caramel, peach and hay. Flavour is slightly sweet with caramel, some resiny hops, woody notes and hintsl of nuts. Also some unpleasant alcohol that gets stronger towards the finish. Too boozy and straightforward.

Draught at bar. Amber color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, pine, grapefruit, caramel, floral hops and tropical hops. Dry bitter finish with grapefruit abd pine. Excellent brew.

Lots of tobacco. Fruity and sweet aromatic hops, Smooth palate, pleasant carbonation. Zesty, some ginger, spicy. Sweet, of course, but not in an unbalanced way. Cakey malts. Maybe a little soapy in the finish. Alcohol well hidden. Not heard of ABC before, but I like their logo, and I like this beer. Late finish has lots of pork scratching fattiness and lasts for ever - great!

(Draught at Pikkulintu, 20130406) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, malts and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, pine, sweetness, malts, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. My overall impression of this beer was a balanced imperial IPA. Not bad at all.

Pours dark orange with a smooth head. Aroma of caramely malts, sweet exotic fruits, grassy hops, pine, grapefruit and lemon. Taste is hoppy, fruity, sweetish and malty with notes of grapefruit, resin and caramely toffee. Finish is fruity and sweetish with some malty and hoppy notes. Well balanced, tasty and nicely hopped imperial amber ale.

Draught at Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Colour is dark orange with small thick white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, hops and hints of malts. Very dry and alcohol is well hidden.
