Bottle. Clear light golden liquid with huge white head. Cork flew upon opening. Aroma of white pepper, bread, sweet fruit, alcohol and light dried fruit. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of white pepper, banana and barnyard. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Bit Saison like. Decent.

suurjuust (1741) - ESTONIA - JUN 7, 2015
Clear golden beer, white soapy head. Nose is spicy, fruit, some characteristics of a tripel, hoppiness and yeast, I presume. Flavor is toasty malt, lots of citrus, some sweetness, some floral hops. Finish is tenderly hoppy, some bitterness, yeast, spice hints. Lingering floral notes. Easy drinkin’ stuff.

Bottle from We Brought Beer, Balham. An almost clear golden amber, with a slight haze and lots of bubbles, and a huge white foamy head. Nose is light Brett funk, light muddy farmyard, barley grain, lemon citrous, biscuit malt. Taste is a dry tangy bitter hop, biscuit and barley malt, acidic, lemon citrous, slight Brett funk and some light grassy and straw notes. Finish is dry tangy slightly fruity hop and light refreshing citrous lemon. Some slight wheat creaminess on the palate at the end too.
