A hazy light yellow beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet spicy dominated by coriander - and the flavor is very similar.

(Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy pilsener golden with an off-white head. Aroma of overripe fruits and alcohol. Fairly full-bodied and fruity. Sweetish alcoholic - sort of like a mead (only carbonated!). Vaguely oxidized I believe. 280806

33 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a dense and lasting white head. Light spiced aroma. Full bodied. Flavour is spiced caramel malty, mild sweetness. has a smooth malt flavour with a solid spice note into the finish.

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2008 Bottled. Hazy golden, rich head. Fruity nose with pickled onion. Swet and fruity with odd flavour of cornichon and pineapple. Juicy with well hidden alcohol, no bitterness. Not the most complex tripel ever but withsome unusual flavours.

Bottle. Clear golden, very nice creamy white head leaving a good lacing. Aroma of hirse, caramel and malt. The flavour has a soft sweetness, yeast, alcohol, malt, bitterness, vinious and tart. Yummy!

Pours a paleish yellow with a great creamy white head. Okay lacing on my glass. Aroma is lightly fruity with peach, apples and an unmistakeable note of millet (of all things!). Fine mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly yeasty tart, vinious and rather malty sweet. Not that complex.

Bottle. Clear golden colour with a huge white head. Fruity aroma and a sweet fruity light alcoholic taste. Medium body and a light dry finish.

23rd October 2008. Hazy gold beer. Dry and floral. Wheaty dry tones with a little fruit. Very dry finish with some spice. A hint of caraway in there.

Almonds and sweet citrus in the aroma. Golden, large white frothy head, fair lace. Light sweet, light citrus, sparkling, bit thin. Short thin finish.
