(Abdij van t Park Blond) Bottle 330 ml from Aldi, served into a big tulip at home. ABV 6% Deep copper orange colour on the body, crystal clear and with good activity in it. One finger of thin white head on top, with average retention. Aroma has lots of matls and sugars, medicinal alcohol after a deep sniff and faint notes of apricot. Very sweet taste with malts, sugars, metallic taste on the finish and a faint bitterness at the end. Medium thin body, carbonation on good levels. Nothing special.

Ascorbinezuur doet t bier weinig goed. Eens maar nooit meer.

Bottle from Aldi. Blond colour, white foam disappears quickly. Iron, banana, sweet malts. Strange bitterness. Not balanced, not good.

The beer has a nice look. The beer has a tiny rough almond colored foam. The foam collapses quickly and leaves almost no trace. The beer has a light brown color, a little orange. I wouldn’t call it amber though. The beer is very clear. The smell is nice and sweet, very fruity. I smell banana, and some citrus. I also smell a almondy alcohol aroma. The smell is very soft and delicate. It has a nice sour touch to it. The taste is also nice. It has the same banana flavor as the smell. The taste is the same as the smell anyway. Sweet, a fresh amount of sour and a alcohol flavor. The finish has a little hint of metal, this is a shame. Besides this, there is nothing to complain.

33cl bottle. Clear copper colour with a nice white head. Fruit, banana and yeast in the aroma. Average carbonation and medium body. Taste is more on the sweet side. Overall, quite drinkable but not remarkable but not expensive either.
