Bottle. Orange with white head that fades quickly. Nose of faintly toasty sweet malt with a hint of some fruity sweetness as well. Flavor is a decent light malt with a twinge of sugary sweetness throughout. Nice carbonation, pretty tasty, certainly drinkable.

I wasn’t impressed by this at all. Clear orangeish-red with a very thin and quickly diminishing white head. A tiny bit of maltyness discernible in the aroma but not much else. Body is a bit thin. Flavor is a fairly muted sweet malt with a hint of something I could only compare to grape flavored popsicles. Slightly bitter aftertaste.

picked up as part of a abita variety pack. pours slightly cloudy amber, average head which diminished quickly. amora is lightly malt, taste follows suit with a weak sweetness. better than the golden lager, but still nothing special.

Slighty malty smelling brew, not a terribly strong aroma. Mild caramel color with a small white head that disappears almost instantaneously. Very bubbly, much like a seltzer water. Quite a mild flavor, with some decent malty and sweet notes. Almost no aftertaste. Very thin body; reminecent of seltzer water (again). Just a really mild beer that’s refreshing but way too watery to be great.

This is the beer of choice in New Orleans...I was quite sick of it by the time I left there while traveling. It’s a very watery beer with not a lot of flavor really. I don’t know why I drank so much of it.

Draft @ Fish City...Nice copper color with an off-white head. A caramel, malty nose that was not overpowering, but proved interesting. Slightly sweet taste with a hint of grain and a pleasent hop bite at end. Smooth mouth feel with little aftertaste. Went great with some seafood dishes I had.

Pours a two finger white head that fades quickly leaving traces of lace. Clear amber color. Light carbonation and medium bodied. Smells like hay. Flavor is malty, smooth but nothing special. Clean finish. Best by Oct 23.(gift) 12oz bottle from somewheres in New Orleans.
