Kind of disappointed in this one as I really like their Turbodog, Purple Haze, Abita Select, etc. Clear amber pour with white head that doesnt last. Has a bit of a caramel taste to it, very drinkable but nothing special. thefederalist (226), Jonesboro, Arkansas, USA

Slightly sour aroma, but mostly toast. More toastiness in the flavor, and the flavor is slightly sour as well. Fineshes nice and dry. Definately drinkable. emacgee (1864), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 30, 2007 This is a beer that usually can be had at establishments in SE Louisiana, and therefore is the easy choice vs, the generic mass-marketed American cr@p. Not as good as its brother brew Turbodog, but certainly mroe interesting than something like Bud.
