I only drank this to support the hurricane victims, and it is much like the water floating around the city these days. I can dig some turbo dog, but other than that no abita is a good thing. Very light, watery, weak, maybe some caramel in the background, but not alot.

Real nice cloudy amber beer, no head. Smells horrible. Eggs, sea salt, piss...a little jambalaya of nasty scents. It tastes like grass and sour milk. Like chewing a nice piece of bark. And yet its an intriguing beer that isn’y completely awful. It definitely has character. If I tasted this blindly I would have thought it was from down the street at Kraftbrau. Weird.

This is part of a beer club tasting. Only had one bottle but it was a decent taste for the price. Would like to try again after it poured great and left a nice after taste.

This is the most pathetic looking amber beer I have ever seen in my life. This looks like a light disgusting brewsky. Aroma of is corn and very light malt. Taste is a little more intersting with a bit more of a malt bill and a caramel aftertaste. Nothing special and again, not worth my purchase again.

On tap at Coasters. Orange pour with a very thin white head. Aroma is just about non-existent; I mean there is nothing there. Flavor of light cherries, roses, and a hint of soap. I really didn’t like this.

This was pretty bad. I don’t know if I got a bad batch [I put it in the refrigerator for only about 1/2 hour after getting it back from the distributor] or what, but on the whole I’d rather be in Philadelphia drinking Utica Club.

Very watery, breadlike but not in a good way. Too much malt that never found its true purpose, fermentation. Sweet, watery, and yeasty. Poor. On draft in the BIg Easy but no head.

Light color than I’d expected, and no head. Malt smell. Caramel and coffee in the opening sips. Turned to water quickly. Bleh.

Skunky, funky and downright junky. Tastes a bit bitter and cloying. Color was a light amber. Smells like the papermills of Savannah.
