Bottle pours a clear amber color with a faint white head that fades soon after the pour. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, and almonds. Flavor is sweet and malty. The aftertaste sort of reminds me of a chocolate Tootsie Pop mixed with caramel and malts.

Jul 3, 2008 12oz bottle. thanks to my b-law josh. i appreciate his effort....poured a transparent cider brown with a thin off-white head....aroma of grainy and grassy muted malt. smells like a light cider....watery and diluted flavors of grainy malt lacking in flavor overall. semi-lively carbonation.....my first vienna rating though so props for that!

Jun 26, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear copper with a large fluffy off white head. Grainy malt aroma with some fruity yeast esters. Carmelized malt flavor with carmelized malt flavor. Bit of grape and some spicey hops. Body is reasonably light with moderate carbonation. Finish is mostly dry with a bit more grape. Okay.

Jun 24, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear light amber body with a small fizzy off-white head that vanished very quickly. The nose is very grainy and husky with an odd grape soda quality to it. Not a whole lot of vienna malt noticable. The flavor is pretty thin with minimal sweetness and a watery cereal grain huskiness. This is just way too thin and weak to qualify it as a Vienna. There might be a bit of darker malt, but it’s purely for color and not flavor. Mouthfeel is light bodied, thin, and fizzy with a short rather limp, finish. Overall, just a really really weak effort at a Vienna.

Jun 15, 2008 A bunch of people from my school went to New Orleans and came back raving about this beer. I saw a six-pack at binny’s and decided to pick it up. Yup, just as I thought, they were stupid. I mean, yeah, it’s a step above the macros, but not really. Just a boring, bland beer.
