According to the menu, this was a very small-batch special brew available only at the Brew Pub in Abita Springs. Bright golden color with a slight cloudiness, fizzy carbonation, and a soda-pop like fizzy head that dissipated rapidly. Fresh light malty flavor with distinctive lemony citrus notes. Little finish to speak of. Overall, a very tasty, if light-flavored brew. Sort of tasted like a very good pale lager (although it is an ale) with a hint of citrus to add interest.
