COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A creature of the swamp, Andygator is a unique high gravity brew made with 2-row pale malt, German lager yeast, and Liberty hops. Unlike other high gravity brews, Andygator is fermented to a dry finish.

Aroma of yeast and spice. Appears light gold in color with a small head. Tastes of apples and champagne. Not very exciting

Poured into my Abita pint glass. Color is golden with a quickly fading white head. Aroma is lightly malty/wheat, and various fruit (citrus and some grape). Flavor is sweet with a lot of fruit flavors, primarily grape. Palate is light body but with sort of a sticky/syrupy mouthfeel and a dry finish. I am entirely unfamiliar with this style, but it was a unique brew compared to anything I am used to, and that’s what it claimed to be. Overall I would say this is like a high ABV version of a hefeweizen with grape as the key fruit flavor rather than citrus. At first it was weird, then it was different, then it was gone, but all the while I liked it.

real nice beer. Clean and crisp. I like how the malt and hop work in this one. The palate is delighted to a nice, clean, malty finish. Very well made, I like it alot

Translucent gold, thin white head, medium body, medium-high carbonation.

Aroma: sweet pale malt, fruity yeast for style.

Taste: lots of sweet pale malt, a bit cloying, fruity yeast esters.

Malty aroma with a hint of raisin, smells and tastes quite sweet but not overly so for my palate. Aroma is very pleasant but lacks complexity on the palate, not bad at all though.

Pours yellow / blond with a small whitish head. The aroma has bready pale malt that is very thick and sweet. Medium thick body that gets thin quickly and has light carbonation. The flavor starts like the aroma, but is a bit sharper with some chalk, fruitiness and it is a little medicinal. The finish shows the alcohol. Okay beer.
