2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Poured a nice finger and half of head on a clear, dark copper colored body.
The aroma is barnyard and and bread in a weird way.
The taste starts out with grain, then a malty sweetness and finishes with a white sugar sweet.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation and medium body.
Itís a borderline below average drink. the taste had a artificial sweetness to it and the body didnít support the style.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear copper with a soapy head. Some faint malts in the nose and some yeast. Malty presence as expected in the flavors and definitely a smooth easy drinker. Nothing complex but it isnít usually expected of the style. Solid.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Poured into a tulip glass. Light haze, coppery gold color. Thin head and light lacing. Aroma: cereal, caramel. Taste: medium sweetness, a little sour. Not too heavy for a bock, I enjoyed it and would buy again.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A lightly hazed golden bock with a thick frothy off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light fruity notes, grassy hops, OK. In mouth, grainy cereal malt with light grassy hops, roasted character, not bad.

12 oz. bottle at home from backlog notes. Pours a slightly hazy orange amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have toasted biscuity malts, mild sweetness, some moderate fruity character, mild butterscotch, just very average in everything. Moving on.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottled from Costplus. Light amber in color. Sweet nose. Some malts and grains with a bit of an off scent. Fairly dry and a little sweet. Not as sweet as it smells though. Lightly hopped. Drinkable, but nothing special.

3.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
This is the Mardi Gras Bock Seasonal. I get no aroma from this beer. Appearance is a dark golden amber, perhaps a little light for the style. Just the right amount of carbonation. Sweeter taste with a caramel malt finish. The finish was not there when it was cold, but as it started to warm, the finish became more pronounced.
