Crystal clear, deep yellow lager. Small, off-white, fizzy head. Honey, cinnamon, yeast and banana in the aroma. Some peach as well. The flavor is very sweet and malty up front with notes of honey and corn. Astringent, lightly bitter and sweet (too sweet) on the backside. No real attempt at balance. Medium-bodied with an oily mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Lengthy, astringent, bittersweet finish with grapefruit peel and honey at the wee end. The cloying sweetness eventually gets to me as the beer warms.

12 oz. Burnt orange with a small lasting head that leaves some nice lacing. Grain and sour apple aroma. Flavors of molasses, sour apple candy, grain, dry grass and alcohol. Light-medium body is mildy carbonated and finishes dryish.

Bottle. Grainy, mashy, sweet, yeasty, dusty, mostly pale malt nose.Deep orange pour with a pretty, creamy beige head. Some purple grape and booze showing in the taste, otherwise yeast and sweet malt, a touch of candy and caramel but finishing a bit too grainy. Medium body with some mint. Eh.

Pours dark golden with mostly receding wispy off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt, light caramel, cookie. Taste is malty, toasted bread, sweet wort, earthy malt. Mouthfeel is full bodied with moderate carbonation. I find many bocks too sweet for my taste, but I think this beer does a good job in that regard.

Poured a nice amber color with a couple of fingers of head. Not much lacing though as the head dropped. Slightly cloudy. Nice malt smell and taste. Just a slight hops bitterness in aftertaste. Easy to drink and I would not have guessed the ABV at over 6, although the alcohol came out just a bit on the final drink after it warmed.
