Bottle. Straight caramel and biscuit on this one. Sweet, light but not all that interesting.

Bottle at home. Bready malts on the nose. Clean malty flavor profile, lagery, crackers, very mild bitterness. Decent helles.

Pours a very clear golden amber color. About two fingers white head. Excellent retention, good lacing. Beautiful.

Aroma is bready, yeasty. Caramel and sweet. Not very aromatic.

Taste is sweet and malty. Almost syrupy. Tastes good, but bland.

Mouthfeel is medium full bodies. Pretty high ABV, but well hidden. Not bitter at all.

Overall, it’s good. Bock’s are among my least favorite styles. This is fairly good. If I were wanting a Bock, I would certainly consider this. So, yes, I’d have this again.

Eh, not a good bock. Clearish brown. Bready and oddly spiced bock with some sort of weird off taste. Not my fav.

This has a pretty nice floral/noble hop character but the malt is all kinds of too sweet and weird. It’s a bit heavy and sticky on the palate as well. This feels like something of a near miss but it’s a miss regardless. I cannot recommend this to people who like drinking things that taste really good.

on tap @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Aroma of caramel. Clear medium/dark amber, smooth beige head, strings of lace. Taste is malt with some caramel, light fizz on the swallow, and light hops in the finish. A very simple brew, easy to drink, seems less than 6.5%.

Pours a mostly clear copper color with a nice two finger white head that retains throughout the beer. The aroma is rather faint, I pick up mostly caramel, some sweetness, and brown bread. The taste is more of the same but it is not a bad beer. The alcohol is hidden quite well and the mouthfeel is light to medium.

Drank from a pilsner glass poured from a twelve ounce bottle. A good brew a bit sweet.
