COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
While most beer is force carbonated prior to packaging, cask conditioned beer is naturally carbonated within the serving vessel by adding additional sugar to the unfiltered beer, yielding another fermentation that allows the yeast to naturally carbonate the beer. This small batch process also give the brewer an opportunity to enhance the beer through creative aging methods.

To this end we have created Bourbon Barrel Aged Cask Turbodog. A small batch has undergone an additional aging step in bourbon barrels, adding new dimension to the beer’s complex flavor. Turbodog’s roasted malt flavor and hop bitterness are now complimented by a bourbon and oak flavor. With the addition of an unfiltered yeast profile, this beer becomes truly one of a kind and only available for special cask nights at select locations.
