argo0 (6145), Washington DC, USA Dec 16, 2002 (2002) Clear golden body with medium white head. Aroma is light, slightly grassy. Flavor is smooth, moderately sweet, slight biscuit and grassiness. All I can think of for calling this a winter seasonal is context -- Louisiana’s winters are very mild, so maybe their winter seasonals are more akin to anyone else’s fall seasonal. CaptainCougar (4624), Rockville, Maryland, USA May 2, 2007 Bottle sampled on 1/21/07: Pours a hazy copper brown with a thin, spotty-lacing off-white head. Sweet honeyed wheat aroma has a hint of cherries and earthy hops. Body starts fairly full with a hint of pale malty sweetnes, some light earthy bitterness and a faint touch of seasonal spice. Overall pretty weak in flavor and bland. hopdog (4525), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 14, 2006 12oz bottle shared courtesy of weeare138. Poured a medium amber color with a small sized off white head. Aromas and tastes of caramel and just all around earthy. I really didn’t get too much out of this one and wrote down all around bland. Thinner body.
