Bottle. Pours a light amber color with very little head. This is very malty, almost to the point of being sour. It’s definitely a tad bitter. Not one of my faves.

their is something lacking in this beer. its got all the necessary qualities that makes for a marzen but doesn’t have any of the substance. its malts is not flavorful and become kind of lacking at the end.

Very smooth with excellent body and pleasing aeroma. Aftertaste is lingering and makes me crave more.

A-- Poured a carmel color with a one finger head. moderate carbonation and a little bit of lacing.
S-- A little bit of roasted malts, a touch of pecan. Not much else.
T-- A little carmel, pecan and roasted malts.
M-- Well carbonated. The pecan comes through more in the mouthfeel but not all that apparent. Very light and not all that flavorful.
D-- Good drinkability but not much to this beer. not a good fall beer at all. A session beer with not a lot of flavor and not much else to it.

A weak example fo the German fall festbier. Some of the taste notes are there, but it has a very watered down mouthfeel. Decent, but wouldn’t past muster in Germany...

Bottle from Cavie. Light orange pour with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, and cinnamon. Taste is fallen leaves in in your dying, dirty, fall yard.

12 ounce bottle, poured an amber color, aromas of caramel, malt, and some bread. Flavor is the same, not the best take on this style, but certainly not the worst I’ve had either.

A nice Marzen. A hint of caramel malt, roasted malt, toast and spice.
The finish is mildly chocolate and floral.

Moldy nutty aroma, average beer look with little head. Taste is very beer like with slight nutty flavor. An average beer that I won’t buy again. Sweet light hops.

Bottle. Pours a hazy light amber with a short white head. Aroma and taste of caramel, grains, faint nuts and some breadiness. A bit thin and watery with a slightly dry finish.
