3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 marksahara (79) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - OCT 7, 2008
On draught in NOLA. Pours an orangish copper with moderate white crown. Aroma is completely replete with malt, caramel malt, biscuit, and a slight hint of roasted malt. The flavour is full of sweet malt that is carried through to the finish with mild hop bitterness. This beer finishes very cleanly with a moderate carbonation and medium-bodied mouthfeel. Very easy drinking and amazingly balanced. One of the best American-brewed Märzens I’ve had. I’d love to try this in the bottle some time soon.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 jodyperkins (77) - Mississippi, USA - NOV 14, 2007
Poured from bottle. Slightly cloudy amber color with minimal head that quickly disipates leaving a slight bit of lacing. Aroma is weak and has hints of malt and citrus. Not the best Abita I’ve had but it’s ok. Flavor was a bit weak.

Bottle To Pint Glass. Carmelly aroma, Amber in color. Taste has a moderate hoppy flavor but nothing overboard. Not the best beer in the world but I would win again.

Fall Fest pours a light golden brown, with a medium white head. The aroma is of sweet malt, with a bit of citrus coming through. The body is light and so is the finish. This is a refreshing beer that would seem to be more suitable for summer. I dig it.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 wshores (58) - Saltillo, Texas, USA - SEP 12, 2007
Another that pops up in the party pack toward the end of the year. Abita tends to Americanize all of its styles. Buy a party pack 12 bottles and enjoy each with a friend. except the light, give that to the bum down the street.
3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 LAboozehound (47) - Lafayette, Louisiana, USA - NOV 30, 2006
This one was a grower. I wasn’t immediately impressed, but started drinking it by the bucket by the time the Christmas Ale rolled around. Has a light, malty flavor with a hint of caramel.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Gez (44) - Ringgold, Georgia, USA - OCT 9, 2008
Clear copper in color with a thick tan head. Aroma is sweet and roasty. Cloves, apple, and caramel in both the aroma and the taste. Light and slightly bitter flavor with nutty and malty hints. Overall not a bad beer.
3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 n0kwa (34) - Talisheek, Louisiana, USA - OCT 3, 2004
Moderate white head. Redish-brown color. Decent body, noticible malty flavor. Not bad.
2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 EnderKiller (26) - Athens, Ohio, USA - SEP 13, 2004
Barely any aroma, an orangy-yellow body and a thin white head. This tastes like any old lager. I was expecting something more impressive from Abita, but this is just a beer. Good for fall, I guess.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 ppcpilot (21) - Port Allen, Louisiana, USA - NOV 3, 2002
Barely amber, ok head that lasts longer than expected, light lacing. Light hoppy aroma. Flavor is nice balance between mostly malt and a mild hoppy finish. Bubbly and slightly creamy on the palate. Overall, a nice brew I would order out with dinner to complement the food without filling you up. Would go good with an oyster poboy.
