Fleur-de-lis Restoration Ale is made with English Pale, Lager, Crystal and Cara Pils malted barley. We liberally hopped and dry hopped our Ale with American Cascade and Centennial hops and fermented it with California Ale yeast. The result is a brilliant gold ale with a rich body, mild bitterness and a snappy fresh citrus hop flavor and aroma.

355ml bottle as Restoration pale ale (ABV 5.2%). Hazy orange pour with an ample white head. Nose and taste of biscuity sweet malts with citrusy and piney hops. Finishes mildly dry and bitter with a medium body and carbonation. Less resinous than Sierra Nevada pale ale.

Tap @Buns Burger, San Juan. Hazy orange color, good creamy off-white head. Herbal, grassy hoppy aroma. Light-bodied. Grassy, hoppyness with light fruityness. Short finish. Ok with food, otherwise boring and watery.

Bottled 355ml. -at O’Haras Zagreb as Abita Restoration Ale. Pale golden coloured, small white head, whiff of oranges in the nose. Toasted malt, quite fruity, caramel and grassy with hoppy fruity notes in the finish. Pretty average brew.

Very light, smooth, crips. A fairly regular beer which is on the lighter side. Seems to be pretty typical of Abita.

Great nose and that's about it for me. Lacks punch and length on the palate. Not unenjoyable but unremarkable for this reviewer.

Found in a bottle shop in Manila, Philippines. At least its hoppy compared to the local water. I’d probably find this rather unremarkable in the states but here hoppy beers are hard to find so it got a few bonus points based on being available in Southeast Asia. Cascade hops but not much else. No real malt presence. Hops nose to finish. Decent.

Not good, not horrible, just sorta whatever. An aroma of lemon, wheat, light citrus. Flavor is a bit metallic with crisp malts. Soft carbonation, semi-creamy head, gold in color.

Pours golden with minimal head and carbonation. There was little to no bouquet on this drop with very minimal hop bitterness. Got a few citrusy flavours and a slight bitter finish but wasn't anything too captivating!

12 oz. bottle from Cash Wise in Watford. Appearance: finger white head, golden yellow, clear, good lacing, head does not last. Aroma: citrus and resiny hops, caramel, fruity notes. Palate: light body, average carbonation, bitter and dry finish, thin middle, with sticky finish for texture. Taste: sweet fruit and light caramel into good resiny bitter finish. Overall, unique palate, not necessarily great taste, but balance is good, enjoyable, hoppy for a blond, but bottle says pale ale so I feel it is a good fit. Lovely aroma

pours pale gold showing minimal head, there is a faint aroma of citrus hops. a little sweetness and bitterness on the tongue but almost has a watered down taste. Light bodied, little carbonation with an abrupt slightly bitter finish. overall at 5.2% it is definitely a session beer and would go down easy on a hot summer day but would not be my first choice.
