Bottle. Poured a cloudy golden color with a hint of copper. White quickly dissipating head with very slight lacing. A crisp hoppy start with lemony citrus notes for the finish. Fizzy and easy to drink not as much complexity as I desire but a suitable pale ale that leaves your mouth quenched and refreshed.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Toffee, toasty nose. A bit too much for the style. The hop flavor, such that it is, is wilted. Way too much toasty, toffee malt flavor. Full body with a touch of creaminess that is dominated by the peppering of carbonation micro scrubbing.

Clear, amber, minimal head, white foam. Medium/ light body. Better in a pint glass. Nutty Malt with floral notes. Heavier bitterness, close to an American Pale Ale. Medium body, less drinkable than Abita’s lagers, especially in the heat.

UPDATED: APR 20, 2014 12 oz Bottle. The beer pours to a light copper color with a medium white head. The aroma has a light citrus note, floral & a little bread scent to it. The taste is light in body & mouth feel. Overall a good pale ale.
