COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fleur-de-lis Restoration Ale is made with English Pale, Lager, Crystal and Cara Pils malted barley. We liberally hopped and dry hopped our Ale with American Cascade and Centennial hops and fermented it with California Ale yeast. The result is a brilliant gold ale with a rich body, mild bitterness and a snappy fresh citrus hop flavor and aroma.

Trip. Nice golden with creamy head and light lacing. Smells like flour, lemon, robber, and cat piss. Light bitter flavor with sweet undertone and a counterpoint of spice and sour. Light dry/bitter finish. Decent.

12 oz bottle This wa purchased for tasting. The specs on this beer differs with the brewer informaion. The pale ale poured a clear light amber with a big white head that does not persist. The aromawas sweet with some orange and light caramel. The taste is sweeter than most APAs. It actually taste more like a lager with more hops. The body is light and the carbonation is average. I am not sure how to calssify this beverage.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured hazy amber with a nice head and some decent lacing. Aroma is hoppy, citrusy very nice. Taste is not bad but a bit disappointing after such a nice aroma consistent but faint a bit too mild. It is a nice crisp and refreshing beer, not bad at all.
