4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Enjoyable. It’s a one note IPA for sure, but for what it sets out to do it succeeds admirably. Definitely the most grapefruit oriented IPA I’ve had.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy and slightly cloudy in the glass, nice fresh-grapefruity nose. The beer starts nicely crisp and dry with a load of tart grapefruit. The mainpart is floral-hoppy with grapefruity sourness and smooth yeasty wheat-ale. A great combination. The aftertaste is long, intense, fruity-floral, dry and crisp.
A very great fruit-IPA! --> 14/13/14/14

Grapefruit aroma, grapefruit palate, grapefruit taste, small amounts of malt. Great beer to try if you like grapefruit.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Mix a six grocery store pickup. Honestly, this one came in above my expectations. Pours a amber with a nice offwhitel head. Aroma is upfront malty with some citrus and grapefruit splashes. Tasate is shows more hops than aroma with citrus and added grapefruit in a slightly tart way. Clean malty. Easy drinking.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours golden amber with a white head. Aroma is mostly grapefruit and zest. Med body. Flavor is grapefruit supported by moderately sweet caramel. There’s a lot of hop and zest. I’m getting a burn - Strongly flavored. Finishing very citrus/zest/bitter.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Grapefruit aroma and taste is front and center but doesn’t overwhelm. Much less bitter and hoppy than expected, though Ruby Reds tend to be pretty sweet so maybe shouldn’t be surprised.

4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
I rated this as a fruit beer not an ipa. As an ipa I would say it's horrible all around. As a fruit beer very nice balance. Sweet grapefruit flavors lasting head good carb and good thickness on the tongue. Very close to a Radler.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 4/29/2014. Pours moderately hazy golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass. Aromas of big grapefruit, grapefruit peel, tangerine, orange zest, citrus rind, floral, grass, light pine, light caramel, light bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with nice authentic grapefruit and bright hop notes with moderate malt presence; and good strength. Taste of big grapefruit, grapefruit peel, tangerine, orange zest, citrus rind, floral, grass, light pine, light caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fair amount of citrus rind bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, citrus peel, floral, grass, light pine, light bread, and floral earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice authentic grapefruit and hop flavors with moderate malt sweetness; with a nice malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, and fairly crisp/sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice fruit IPA. All around good balance of grapefruit, hop, and malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
No denying the "grapefruit" in Grapefruit Harvest IPA. Little much for my taste - but I could see this being popular with some.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Capone’s. Pours hazy dark straw with 2-finger off-white head. Nose is ruby red grapefruit, malt, hops. Tastes like ruby red grapefruit, a very natural flavor, with hops, pale malt, and a resiny finish with more juicy grapefruit. This is a very good beer, and one of the best from this brewer.
