From a bottle, this beer grows on yah. Looks almost like a white beer. Taste was a little medium strong personality at first but that was the worst part of this beer. Lemon is a tad bitter but you quickly forget about it. Decent sizzle all thru the session. Lemony fer sure but not sweet lemon. Impressed. Good clean finish. Leaves you mouth with a lemon oil coating in the back of yer throat. Does have some of that chewing on lemon rind and pulp thing happening.

Bottle from riverside beverages. Pours yellow with a thin white head. Lemony on the nose though it has a bit of an artificial vibe. Not much on the tongue. Watery and bland! Meh!

Tap at Stagshead this was a free sample and the Abita rep is a very nice guy who pours heavy. This is a dirty blonde color and nose of you guessed it lemon wheat. Tastes lemony, of wheat, bready, light toast, some salt, and maybe feathers.

Pours a hazy yellow with a quickly dissipating head. I really wanted to like this better. The lemon seems to have provided a bit too much sourness but not as much flavor. Needs done sweetness for balance.

Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Crisp, fresh and spritzy, with light lemony sweetness, light grains, and a wheaty sweetness. Not bad.

Pale yellow pour with white head. Aroma is wheat all the way. Flavor is flat papery wheat and floral hops. Light bodied and fizzy. Not much but about what I expected.

Bottle from Capone’s. Pours turbid dark gold with 1-finger clingy white head. Looks good. Nose is lemon zesty pale malt, hops, some yeasty andd spicy notes. Tastes dry, white peppery and coriandery spicy, with lemony citrus and pale malt, and some finishing hops and malty sweetness. This one is good.
