12 ounce bottle that pours an amazing gold color, and I was excited to try it, however that was the best thing about this beer, was the color of it, no flavor, and tasted horrible... The worst Abita beer I have ever had....

Bottle: Pale gold with a thin fizzy head. Very thin and a grassy nose with a touch of husky malt in the finish. Not much to write about, it’s a lager!

The beer pours a very clear light straw with not much head or retention. The aroma is light all skunk nothing special. The taste is the same as the aroma, light and skunky. The feel is water, not drinkable. Nothing more than you’re typical american lager, very disappointing.

Heavy on the carbonation at the finish, mild on everything else. Reminds me of some of the typical macros... nothing special here.

Pale yellow pour. Not much aroma or flavor, bland. A typical light beer, crisp but ordinary.

Barley malt and corn nose. Hazy yellow, thin head. Tart malt flavor, decent strength. A touch of lemon meringue in the finish. Full of flavor for a light beer.

Light gold color with no head. Corn nose.Easy entry with a mildly carbonated palate and a corn-filled finish. Decent light beer.

Abita Light has a medium, off-white head and a fairly cloudy golden appearance, with moderate carbonation. The aroma is of barley, with a nice hop background smell. Taste is of bread, with a decent hop spice. Mouth-feel is light and watery, and Abita Light finishes crisp and refreshing. This is the best light beer I have ever consumed. RJT
