2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle at Stop&Go, San Juan. Yellow color, small white head. Light notes of sweetcorn and barley in the aroma. Light-bodied. Sweetish light flavor of corn, grain and acidity. Still, has some maltyness compared to macro light beers.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Rated on 02-19-2013 at Abita Brewpub. This draft beer has a white head, transparent dark yellow body, fast rising, very little carbonation observed, and virtually no lacing. The aroma is malt, light corn and spicy hops. The flavor is malt and semi-sweet. The mouthfeel is lively and this beer is medium bodied. This is a session beer with very little character.

2.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Nearly clear golden amber with a smooth white head cover, lace slides back into the beer. Aroma is nice floral malt, appealing and reminiscent of an earlier time. Taste is thin malt that adds a jolt of carbonation an the swallow, lingering for only a short time. Not much there, but for a light beer, it is well ahead of all the "big-box" guys.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Gold-yellow appearance. Big head that dies quickly. Surprisingly fairly complex aroma: almost like a wheat; some lemon; yeast; minor hops. As for being "the smoothest, most flavorful light beer you will ever taste," I’m sorry, Abita, but no. There is hardly any flavor, which was a letdown after the interesting aroma. While I would certainly take this over most other pale lagers, I can also think of other pale lagers with a similar light calorie profile (hello, Harp Lager and Pacifico Clara) that have more flavor.

Draft at the source. Slightly hazy pale yellow color, fizzy white head. Aroma of light straw. Taste is watery straw. It is what it is.

Draft at Justin’s Cafe in Washington DC. Poured a clear, pale yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was some light malt, corn, some earthy and spicy hops. Flavor was sweet, light malts. Boring.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Pours with a straw gold color and thin white heads that dissipates quickly. Faint malt aroma. Non- offensive flavor that'd be nice after mowing the lawn on a 90 degree day.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Pours a pale straw, with a white head.
Rather neutral aroma, corn, cardboard, citrus.
Dry, light bodied, low bitterness, balanced CO2.
Neutral taste, citrus, cardboard, hints of hops?
Bland, but not faulty. (2014-01-31)
