Feb 12, 2009 WTF. I don’t taste anything. Fruity beers are definitely not my favorite, but I can’t say that I didn’t like this because of that. I was prepared not to like this because it tasted like blackberry, but I tasted nothing. No bacckberry, and honestly no beer. thouroughly tasteless.

Feb 7, 2009 Melon and some berry. That’s it, this entire beer is those two flavors. In fact, sometimes it tasted like some sort of liqueur. Disappointingly watery and had the general character of a light beer. Conclusion: MEH

Feb 6, 2009 Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in McKinney, TX. Pours a murky straw yellow with weak, fizzy head. Aroma of wheat malt, lemon, raspberry. Flavor of wheat malt, citrus, raspberry. Mouthfeel is watery, light body, high arbonation. Overall, I wouldn’t pour it down the sink during the summer. Decent pool beer.

Feb 6, 2009 cloudy orange. 2 finger head. smells like malt liquor, like a 40 oz. taste, the same except with raspberry syrup added. has an unpleasant twang. i believe i will pass on this one in the future. i dont believe i would even take one for free. well not if there was any other option available that is.

Jan 31, 2009 A bottle at the recommendation of my publican at Paul’s. Poured a hazy, slightly pink-hued light amber with an small, thin head. Some syrupy fruit on the nose, but mostly skunky grains. Taste was light and grassy with a hint of berry. Watery body and a good bit of fizzy carbonation. Exhibits none of the characteristics of a great fruit beer.

Jan 31, 2009 Wheat and raspberries in the smell as you would expect but the fruit as typical it seems is slightly artificial. Wheat stays through with the taste but it is weak in the fruit. Not really liking the after taste. Pale yellow and hazy with an average head.

Jan 31, 2009 Pours a hazy amber color with a lilac hue and a small white head. Sweet caramel aroma with fruity notes of raspberry and corn grain like notes as well. Thin body, crisp with a little grainy malt and much-subdued raspberry. Overtones of wheat. Really, where did all the promised fruitiness go? For shame, tsk, tsk...
